Profiteroles

Profiteroles with vanilla custard filling. The chocolate decorations are customizable. They come in two sizes as shown in the pictures: large (8-9cm/3.5inch) and small (4-5cm/2inch). The minimum order is 5 for the large and 10 for the small ones.
